How many pilgrims
There is no official count. For 2025, Paraguay's Ministry of Health planned for about two million pilgrims, and the bishop spoke of at least five million.

The Basilica's own YouTube channel, Basílica Santuario de Caacupé, streams Masses every day and streamed the December 8 Mass live in 2024 and 2025. Paraguayan radio stations such as Ñanduti and Monumental stream their coverage too, and Skywall's Caacupé wall puts them side by side.
