A channel says it isn't live
Each broadcaster decides when its stream is on air. Some stream only during certain shows, and some limit playback by country or outside YouTube. Try again later or pick another channel.
A screen is black or stuck
Touch and hold the screen (or right click on Mac) and choose Reload. To reload every screen at once, use Reload all. If it stays black, the stream may have ended; choose another channel.
My TV shows nothing
With a cable, check that it is firmly connected, that your adapter supports video, and that the TV is set to the right input. With AirPlay, open Control Center, tap Screen Mirroring and choose your Apple TV, and make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network.
There's no sound
Only one screen plays sound at a time. Tap the screen you want to hear. Also check your device volume and silent mode, and the volume on your TV.
I want to change a channel
Touch and hold a screen (or right click on Mac) and choose Change channel. Browse by country, filter by category or language, or search.
A channel is missing
The channel list updates on its own, so new channels appear without an app update. To request one, email us its name, country and a link to its official YouTube live stream.
