Questions
Is there a free alternative to YouTube TV multiview for news?
For the networks that stream free on YouTube, yes: Skywall and web tools show several of them at once. Cable channels such as CNN, Fox News and MS NOW are not on YouTube as 24/7 streams, so they need a TV subscription.
Can YouTube TV multiview be sent with AirPlay?
No. YouTube TV says multiview isn't available in a web browser or through AirPlay.
