Picture in Picture
While a video plays, tap the Picture in Picture button in the video window, and it keeps playing in a small window you can move or resize while you use other apps.
It is one window, and it shares the sound: as soon as you play a video in the app underneath, the Picture in Picture video pauses or closes. YouTube supports it on iOS 15 or later when it's turned on in iOS Settings (General > Picture in Picture) and in the app; music content needs YouTube Premium.
Side by side on iPhone Duo
iPhone Duo, the foldable iPhone, can show two apps at the same time when it is open in landscape. The sound rule still applies: one video plays with sound at a time.
Up to six live channels with Skywall
